John Manzella

John Manzella is the Managing Director of Providence Search Group, LLC. He received his Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing from The George Washington University, in Washington, DC.

Prior to founding Providence Search Group, LLC, John was a Senior Vice President with Bank of America, where he had global responsibility for recruiting for all Staff Support functions for the bank. Additionally, he was responsible for managing the Executive Search and Recruiting Research functions. In this capacity, John was responsible for all executive level searches for the Consumer Banking Division. John began his career at Bank of America as the Recruiting Manager responsible for building out the talent resources for the Credit Card division. John has also worked as a search consultant for a national recruiting firm in New Jersey, completing searches primarily within the financial services and manufacturing sectors. Upon receiving his degree, John was an Account Executive for Federal Express, where he focused on business development and client management of a large corporate client base in New Jersey.

John has completed a large number of searches within the financial services industry. He has performed a wide array of assignments in investment banking and capital markets, covering both debt and equity. In addition, John has completed many assignments in the consumer financial services arena, including Mortgage, Home Equity and Credit Card. Assignments in these areas included senior level positions within direct marketing, fraud, modeling and information as well as risk management.

Jackie Glass

Jackie Glass is the Director of Research with the Providence Search Group, LLC. She received her Bachelors of Accountancy degree from The George Washington University and a MS-Taxation from Seton Hall University.

Prior to joining Providence Search Group, LLC, Jackie was the Director of Corporate Taxation for Glenayre Technologies in Charlotte, NC. She also held management positions at Duke Energy in Charlotte and Sun Alliance in Warren, NJ. Jackie’s tax career focused primarily on international tax planning and research. She began her career as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick’s New York office.
