John Manzella
John Manzella is the Managing Director and founder of Providence Search Group, LLC. With over two decades of recruiting experience, John has led a wide range of successful searches across the financial services landscape. His expertise spans investment banking and capital markets—covering both debt and equity—as well as consumer financial services, including mortgage, home equity, and credit card sectors. He has placed senior-level professionals in key areas such as direct marketing, fraud prevention, data modeling, information strategy, and risk management.
Before founding Providence Search Group, John served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he held global responsibility for recruiting across all Staff Support functions. He also led the Executive Search and Recruiting Research teams, managing high-level talent acquisition for the bank’s Consumer Banking Division. He initially joined Bank of America as the Recruiting Manager for the Credit Card division, where he played a key role in building out its talent infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, John worked as a search consultant at a national recruiting firm based in New Jersey, where he completed executive searches primarily within the financial services and manufacturing sectors. Following his graduation, he began his career as an Account Executive with Federal Express, focusing on business development and client relationship management for a major corporate client base in New Jersey.
John holds a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Jackie Glass
Jackie Glass serves as the Director of Research at Providence Search Group, LLC, bringing a strong analytical background and over two decades of professional experience to the firm. Prior to joining Providence Search Group, Jackie held the role of Director of Corporate Taxation at Glenayre Technologies in Charlotte, NC. Her career also includes leadership positions at Duke Energy in Charlotte and Sun Alliance in Warren, NJ. Throughout her career in corporate taxation, Jackie specialized in international tax planning and research, providing strategic guidance on complex cross-border issues.
Jackie began her professional career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick in New York City, where she gained foundational expertise in tax compliance and advisory services.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University.
Haley Ryan
Haley Ryan is a Senior Executive Recruiter at Providence Search Group, LLC, specializing in identifying and placing high-impact talent within the investment banking and capital markets industries. Known for her strategic approach and deep commitment to client success, Haley manages full-cycle recruitment of senior-level roles. With a keen eye for talent and a strong understanding of the evolving financial landscape, Haley works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure optimal alignment of skills, experience, and culture. Her collaborative style, attention to detail, and dedication to long-term relationship-building have earned her the trust of hiring managers and executives alike.
Prior to joining Providence Search Group, Haley honed her recruiting and account management skills at Insight Global, a national IT staffing company, where she successfully partnered with both clients and candidates.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management from the Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina.
